With warmer weather coming, all of us are venturing into yards, gardens, etc. Make sure you are doing everything you can to protect your face from the elements.

Here are the basics:

1. Sunscreen – At least SPF 30 daily.

2. Retin A – Every night. Don’t stop just because you are spending time in the yard. Try to go up in strength if you can to 0.05% or even 0.1%.

3. Antioxidants – Every morning (and evening if you want). This helps to prevent free radicals formed by UV light. Free radicals are what damage our DNA and cause photo–aging.

4. Moisturizers – Cold weather and low humidity dry the skin. Use moisturizers morning and evening. The lizard look is great for shoes but not so good for skin!
